I don’t regret spending money on this app. One thing I still need help with is falling asleep in noisy environments. I tried earplugs, but I can still hear the noise through them. Other than that, the app is fantastic! Thank you again!
Tried it out of curiosity. I liked a few things, like those ‘hey, remember to chill!’ reminders. But I kinda wish it had more real talk about insomnia. Feels a bit too positive at times but maybe I’m a little negative right now lol.
