It's a great product. I've built a complete email system for my startup using this. The dashboard can sometimes get a little confusing for non-tech people, but otherwise the product is great. Love the UI.
Its a great library that feels complete too. I used it way back in my frontend project and the Novu Dashboard just did an awesome job in automating and managing the notifications flow all in my React App.
I recommend the Novu platform for this great integration with various services like Twillio. I love the visualization of the workflow and provision for the workflow building.
Novu is great notification infrastructure, easy to integrate in your application. Novu is open-source so you can see how your data is stored and what happens under the hood - it's very transparent. For me, it's more than just a product because Novu (as open-source project) has gathered a great community around it. Everyone can contribute.
