Mudrex Frozen my account and will not let me get my funds back. I’ve sent everything they have requested, bank statements, completion certificates, trading accounts from different exchanges, passports, driving licenses, etc. Every time you go on the chat you get told something different. They are uncontactable only through chat, they are stealing people’s money with the excuse of safeguarding. I’m just grateful that I was able to get my coins out. My account was not approved without any valid reasons. Additionally, you are not allowed to unsubscribe from the newsletter, and they continue to spam you. Stay away from them if you don't want to waste your time.
