Recall(1,275 points)
Discord has played a critical role in building the Recall community. It’s where we connect with our earliest users, gather real-time feedback, debug issues together, and share sneak peeks of what’s coming next.
We have a growing Discord server that’s become a lively space for conversations around product direction, use cases, and feature requests. It’s also where we catch and squash bugs quickly—sometimes within minutes of being reported.
We love the quack sound!
Tip: Organize your channels intentionally—having dedicated threads for feedback, bugs, product updates, and general chat makes it easier for your community (and your team) to stay engaged and focused.
We also considered tools like Slack but Discord gave us the perfect mix of casual community vibes and high signal interaction.
If you’re building something with a passionate user base, Discord is a no-brainer for staying close to the people who matter most.
