The most important thing I need for any application is technical support. Dorik has great technical support and a strong community. I used wordpress for 15 years but now I am switching to Dorik and we are happy because I don't have to deal with data backup, security, updates, installations etc. I have to make websites fun and intuitive. I used Dorik to build the website for my new startup. Was simple, looks great, and amazingly I could not make it look ugly. Usually I am an expert at that, but Dorik kept me on the straight and narrow.
Very poor customer support. I would actually say no support - you write to them with a problem - it takes multiple attempts to make them understand the problem and then their standard answer is - 'figure it out yourself' - or better still when half a day's worth of work disappears - 'we request you to please make the edits to your website again' - are you kidding me???
Not gonna lie, I think there is many website builders out there, the market might be a little oversaturated, but I do see the value in Dorik! Very cool!
