We purchased an iOS and Android app a few years ago, and all was working great. We were promised that what we paid was a one time fee, and there would be no need to pay more or perform updates, because updates are performed from the website. Earlier this year, I found that users could no longer download the Android app because it required an update that I was unaware of. I attempted to reach support several times and heard nothing back. I wrote a complaint on a review website, and they immediately responded and told me they'd help me if I deleted my complaint. I deleted it, and the updated app they provided didn't work. Again, I reached out to support several times for assistance, and they didn't help. We have sent 5-10 emails requesting assistance. Find a different company.
Do not buy anything from this company fake app/ website will take your money and send You completely useless links to Alibaba and craigslist links that say download your new app and then it goes to Alibaba or craigslist 👎👎👎👎🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
I think you are just giving ripping services, web UI to app. Nothing getting converted by the portal, right?
Is anything automated or you are converting manually after the payment?
It shouldn't be listed on Product Hunt.
Should be removed from PH until their website isn't using stolen code
