
Mental health is not easy to talk in our country but this app makes it simple. I use it late night sometimes when I can’t sleep. The meditation and assistant counsellor both are very calming. Also love that it’s private and secure.
Really helpful app. I was not sure about talking to a therapist but ChatCouncil felt so easy and comfortable. The AI actually understands what I’m feeling.
Good experience so far. The primary counsellor sessions take some time to show effect but they are very well planned. Assistant is also helpful in daily stress situations. And first month free was a great way to try it.
