AI Based CRM

Hi all,

I’ve been working as a Data Engineer for about 2 months now—I got the job in March, a year after graduating in 2024. I’m really passionate about building things, and I have an idea for a product that I’m excited to share.

It’s an AI-based CRM designed specifically for businesses that operate via WhatsApp. The goal is to integrate smart AI features that can significantly boost their sales and customer engagement.

One sample feature is a customized chatbot. For example, you could ask, “Who are the customers that showed interest on our product through messages?”—and the bot would list them out, along with a follow-up button to send a message directly. We could even extend it to include scheduled call options and more.

This is just one of the many ideas I have for the product.
